Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Methods
1.1. At the time of checkout, you shall designate in the delivery method your preferred option as follows:
a. Pickup / Self-Collection; or
2.1. If the shipping option is selected, the Customer shall fill up the shipping address for the Product and shall bear the delivery and shipping charges and all applicable taxes, customs and duties as indicated at the time of checkout. The Product will be delivered to the respective shipping address as provided by you on our Site. Delivery and shipping charges may depend on the order quantity and delivery destination.
2.2. Pursuant to Clause 10.2 and 10.3 of the Terms of Service, after the successful processing of your order and subject to confirmation of payment and availability of stock, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation containing the name of the delivery company, the estimated time of arrival, the tracking number, etc. when the Product has been dispatched. The Product will be shipped out during our Operation Hours by our third-party logistic providers such as but not limited to J&T Express or GDEX. We reserve the right to use our own commercially reasonable judgment and discretion over which third-party logistic providers to use for your order.
2.3. The estimated time of arrivals of the Product would be as follows:
a. West Malaysia: 2-3 working days from receipt of the Shipping Confirmation; and
b. East Malaysia and Labuan: 5-7 working days from receipt of the Shipping Confirmation.
For the avoidance of doubt, the above quoted time of arrivals are merely estimated times and cannot be guaranteed. The estimated time of arrivals may be reasonably affected and/or extended by various reasons including but not limited to the weather, natural disasters, custom authorities, pandemic, restrictions of travels and other factors and circumstances that are beyond ours and/or our third-party logistic providers’ reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses for late delivery of the Product arising out of the foregoing.
2.4. The delivery status can be tracked and traced using the tracking number that we have provided in the Shipping Confirmation depending on which third-party logistic provider that we used for your order as follows:
a. J&T Express: via www.jtexpress.my and/or by contacting their hotline number at 1300 80 9000; or
b. GDEX: via https://www.gdexpress.com/c/malaysia/e-tracking.html and/or by contacting their Customer Service at 03-6419 5003.
2.5. In the event that there are no recipients at the shipping address to receive the Product upon delivery by our third-party logistic providers, depending on the third-party logistic provider used and subject to their respective Terms and Conditions of Service, your delivery may be rescheduled accordingly at their discretion. Kindly refer to the respective third-party logistic provider’s official website and/or contact them via their hotline number or customer service to enquire more on the steps involved in the event of a missed delivery.
2.6. Please take note that the Product sold on the Site can be ordered and delivered within Malaysia only.
2.7. Please further note that our third-party logistic providers deliver on weekdays and weekends, as well as during certain public holidays in Malaysia. Kindly refer to their official websites to find out more about their delivery services during public holidays or any festive seasons.
